Schuco Lift-and-slide doors
HST system lift-and-slide door allows to open sashes that move independently along rail tracks. Lift-and-slide hardware - integrated with the door handle - ensures smooth movement of sashes along the rail. Double-glazed sashes are sealed with high-resistance EPDM rubber.
The advantages of the HST system
As oppose to traditional side-hung doors lift-and-slide sashes open along each other allowing the system to be used in less spacious room. HST Low threshold allows easy access when the door is open. Additionally the large glazed surface allows maximum illumination of the room. Compatibility of the lift-and-slide system with modern architectural trends is also considered as undoubted advantage.
