Roller Garage Doors

Universal and functional garage door suitable for almost every garage. The garage door can be fitted in garages with a small driveway because additional space is not needed for opening the door. Additional space inside the garage for door operating is not needed.

Roller shutter garage door - operating

Roller garage door mechanism is based on a similar system used for external roller shutters. When opening  a garage door the shutter is slowly rolled on the shaft inside roller shutter box.

Electric garage doors

All roller  garage doors of Wiśniowski brand are motorized. Electrically controlled garage door can be opened with a remote control without a necessity of getting out of the car. Additionally the garage door offers an option of emergency opening from inside of the garage.

Roller shutter garage door - construction

• The shutter of the garage door consists of the joined aluminium profiles filled with polyurethane foam. Two sizes of profiles are available (see table beside).


• A sealing unit consisting of bottom cellular seal, brush seal in door tracks and  the threshold seal provides good insulation.


• Open-close mechanism consists of a shaft and door tracks. The shutter is rolled on the shaft when the door is open. Special clips (so-called aretki) protect the profiles from overlapping ensuring quiet operation of the door, additionally preventing from damage.

Roller shutter garage door with side door

Adding door sash to the garage door enhances functionality and comfort of use. If the opening offers enough width, side door separate from the garage door can be applied. The side door has an identical pattern, colour and infill as the garage door. Pass-through door, integral with garage door offers additional functionality.

Safe use of garage door

Photocells and safety edge are offered as garage doors additional accessories. With automatic safety function the garage door will stop and reverse automatically if obstructed going down. Anti-drop braking system protects from uncontrolled going down offering additional security fot children and pets. Additionally the shutter locking system protects from an unauthorized entry. High level of protection is confirmed by the CE certificate.

Modern design

The shutter is made of aluminum profiles which can be combined with glazing and vented panels.  A wide range of standard colours and modern wood-like colours enable to manufacture garage doors matching architectural style of every home meeting requirements of individual users.

Industrial roller shutter gates

Roller garage doors are often used in industrial buildings. They offer perfect entrance security, while not requiring large fitting space and are easy to operate.
